Siesta Key Beach Day 2

Day 2 The Local Bean has some great options for a quick grab and go breakfast, or you could hit up Another Broken Egg Café for a sit down option. Today is all about relaxing, if that means kayaking or paddleboarding today is your day. All water sports are an option, but it does get very busy during the winter months, so book ahead if you come during high season.

Top things to remember, even if it is cloudy the sun will burn you, wear the sunscreen, you’ll thank me later!

Book the tours in advance, but if you are just looking to get around the island The Siesta Key Breeze is a free trolley that goes from the southern end of Siesta Key to the Village, where there are so many cute shops.

Weekend mornings there is a farmers market in the village area with cute pop up shops from local vendors. It is a great opportunity to support local, and getting some walking in before worshipping the sun some more, (re-apply the sunscreen I beg you!!)
